She discussed the trials of life on the planet and her subsequent efforts to help raise money to help children around the world. She speaks about her childhood at home and the pressure going on on many children around the world who she knows have just recently been asked to get out of an abusive relationship because the child is behaving badly. She also speaks with a particularly heartbreaking story of how she was asked to become an adult. Additionally, she discusses the decision that her boyfriend’s parents made to send her to “the biggest place on Earth.” This is very much a case study in her work, and makes a certain sense, particularly given that Mr. Eckhart used her name but was not given permission to share this information with the public. She also makes a number of comments a bit like she did for an interview, as well discussing abuse, medical issues and the role of fathers in the early stage of life and how being a father can be very powerful while moving in the right direction. In particular, she presents a couple of images (with video) of herself and her family as they were through the war in Afghanistan, her family living in Minneapolis, New York and the lack of supporting staff at home.
